We travel to most areas of London for in-person tuition. We’re primarily based in North, East and Central London, so these locations generally offer the greatest flexibility.
For other parts of London, we are often able to travel depending on availability and scheduling. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, get in touch!
-
Typically, we travel to your home to deliver the 1:1 sessions. We ask that there is a small designated desk/table space for the tuition to take place, ideally with limited distraction.
We can discuss alternatives such as online sessions or a mutual meeting point/library if this is a preference.
-
The introductory session is a 45 minute visit to your home, or the venue where the tutoring will take place. This is an opportunity to:
Discuss the tuition programme with parents/carers and answer any questions
Meet your child ahead of the first tutoring session, find out what motivates them and do some initial assessments
Familiarise ourselves with the logistics of how the sessions will run so that the first session can run smoothly without disruption
There is no charge for this 45 minute session. We see it as a really valuable part of the tuition process and know that it helps to put families and children at ease.
-
Absolutely! We want to ensure that the cost of tuition and payment plan works for you, so are happy to discuss this in relation to each tuition programme.
Please see our tuition programmes for more information.
-
Typically, the sessions run 1:1. However, we would be open to delivering some of our tuition programmes to a small group at a reduced cost per child.
Please enquire if this is something that you & other parents/carers would like to facilitate. -
We aim to get back to all email enquiries within 48 hours. If you haven’t had a response, check your junk/spam in case it’s found itself there!

It is very typical for a child to feel apprehensive ahead of their tuition starting, that’s why our nurturing, personal approach is key.
All of our tuition programmes include a virtual pre-assessment and a 30 minute introduction session (where both the child & parent are present). As the programme gets started, we’ll find ways to ensure your child feels supported, excited and engaged with their tuition programme. This may include personal incentives or tailored activities/strategies to suit your child’s interests.
